Kristi Roy with D.R. Horton was amazing to work with. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home. My wife and I were the first to move in and it has been a wonderful experience. If we had a question or needed a small thing changed/fixed it got done promptly and efficiently. Kristi Roy has been a God send to help us first time homebuyers out to navigate the ins and outs.
Very disappointed with Dr. Horton, been living in the house for 2 months and have roof issues , storm high winds blow some shingles off the roof and Dr Horton says calm your insurance company,. seriously DR Horton won't fix it even though we are still on the bumper to bumper warranty. Now let.me says this if anyone ask me about Dr Horton at this point I'm willing to say do not buy from Dr Horton unless they fix this issue. Dr Horton search me as Briseño you will find me .
I had a great experience with choosing DR Horton as my builder for my new home, especially with Alexandra helping me every step of the way, Alexandra helped me find exactly what I was looking for even after I initially gave up, very grateful to her and everyone else who helped me along the way!
