I have been looking for a new place to go to get facials since the person I had been going to stopped doing them. I have been to a couple of different people/places and wasn't really satisfied. Angela did an amazing job and the spa itself was clean and relaxing. I have definitely found my new place and I can't wait to try some other treatments as well.
Two of my best friends and myself attended the open house yesterday. We found it to be a beautiful, tasteful and relaxing atmosphere. Rachel and her "staff" were quite professional and welcoming at the same time. I am so looking forward to my upcoming massage. Also I might add; you will be "greeted" by a beautiful, smiling face!
I have been going to Terra Organic Spa for many years now. I don't think I could function physically without my regular visits there for massage. Rachel is not only a fabulous massage therapist but a wonderful person as well. I have also had a facial with Angela and it was one of the best I've had. The new spa is beautiful and a very relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
Today, it can be somewhat rare to meet a business owner so passionate about every single detail of the business. When Rachel talks about her clients, every discussion is about how to increase the client's level of satisfaction - be it their online or on-premise experience. Being a local, independently owned business is not an easy undertaking. Given her priorities, it's easy to see why this is among the top 5 spas in the Syracuse area. Well done!

Amazing first experience! My first facial with Angela. Extraordinarily professional and experienced. She knows her trade very well. I will definitely make another trip to see her again. I highly recommend this spa and Angela!

I highly recommend Terra Organics Spa. The staff is extremely professional, the atmosphere is soothing and most importantly the massages are incredibly relaxing. My favorite is the 90 minute Reflexoligy massage. Which I just discovered. Along with my yoga practice it has helped alleviate my back pain and is a wonderful stress reliever. Kudos to Terra Organics!!
I got a wonderful facial today from Anita. Super relaxing and loved the scalp massage! Highly recommended!
