UPDATE: Several plants died after the job was done six months after the install. The communication that took place regarding this concern took three more months to hear back. One year later, the plants were not replaced and we were told to pay for the labor and they will replace them. At this point, we waited so long and cannot pay for the same thing twice. It is a disappointment when these circumstances arise and the customer service is just not there to support a higher rating.
