Everything was great! We started with the focaccia, which was served with nduja butter and pesto. The butter was so high quality and has a great fat content, creating a rich flavor that balanced perfectly with the nduja. The pesto was super bright and fresh, it tasted like they had just picked the basil that day. The focaccia itself was excellent, the texture was perfect and consistent throughout the bread.
