Chill vibe
Disappointed in our experience at Terra tonight after being a customer for many years. We were seated at 5:57 & a server did not greet us until 6:07 (it was busy & we understand) & because that was the case, we asked if they would still honor the happy hour. Our server said yes & took our orders. Several minutes later our server told us that the manager would not honor the happy because they saw when we “came in”. Even though we did sit before 6. I had such a great experience here. The staff really knew their stuff, especially when it came to gluten allergies, which honestly made me feel so much more comfortable right away. Our waitress was awesome too—super friendly and helpful without being over the top. The whole place has a clean, modern vibe but still feels really family-friendly, which I liked.
