Everything was great!
An email I sent the restaurant and never got a response- I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at Terra GR, a place my family and I have always considered one of our favorites in Grand Rapids. We had a reservation but were seated later than scheduled. Once we were at our table, it took an unusually long time for anyone to greet us. Been here multiple times and have had great service and food every time. Hot honey pepperoni pizza always delivers, casserici has so much flavor from the pesto and peas and perfectly cooked pasta and my wife loves the Kale Caesar salad. New drink on the menu, the Benson, is a delicious all around cocktail for anyone. Rye whiskey that is surprisingly smoothed out by lemon, blood orange shrub and orgeat make this so crushable. Food: absolutely amazing! Honestly, Michelin star worthy. Service: Bad the young woman was more interested in talking with the other servers or playing on her phone. I'm a single dad with a 3 yr old daughter and a 4 yr old son. I get it she didn't want to deal with my kids, but they (thank God) were actually being angels. Disappointing. Atmosphere: I honestly think the calm and laid back energy kept my kids in a good place attitude wise.
