We needed to be away from Atlanta for June July and August 2024. Terra Design was responsible for activating our sprinkler/irrigation system and then mowing our lawn and maintaining our grounds. Terra Design failed to activate our sprinkler/irrigation system and then failed to notify us that our lawn and bushes were dying for lack of water. After 15 years of loyalty I must have not met their spend cutoff so they informed me they would not longer be providing my lawn maintenance service. Horrible way to treat a loyal customer.
They have provided superb services at our residence for decades. Absolutely the best.
We have used Terra Designs for close to 18 years! We have never had a problem. Mark came up with a beautiful design for our backyard pool area and has helped fix drainage issues. His weekly maintenance crew has always been reliable. Highly recommend.
