Outstanding! Don't miss! This was a great recommendation from Joe at Vail Cascade for our 25th anniversary dinner. Excellent service from super friendly server, Jennifer. The food was out of this world - pork porterhouse with crispy glazed Brussels sprouts and pumpkin farro - amazing! (btw I don't like sprouts or pumpkin). Stuffed trout with dinosaur kale.
