The food portions are pathetically dinky, and the presentations we had ( Ahi appetizer) weren't worthy of such pettiness. Our (small again) $45 Porterhouse resembled a Big Porkchop. Service was incongruously fantastic; dynamic attentive personalities, eager to serve.
I'm all about the spring rolls. Wish they had more vegan options
Our dining experience was excellent. Our server, Riley, was professional and pleasant. We felt like she really cared about our dining experience. The thin bread and hummus-style spread was delicious as we waited for our meal to arrive. We chose to share the spring rolls and Vitality Salad to start. The salad was fresh, robust and delicious. Sent 2 appetizers back- beef tataki was so raw it was hard to chew, and the beef lettuce wrap was also to raw and grisly. My trout was tender but had no flavor and the skin was overwhelmed with burnt flavor. Potatoes were way too salty! The service was good and duck fat fried were great!
Great menu. Great Service. Poor execution by the kitchen.
There are so many wonderful places to eat in Vail, but this is our favorite. The ambiance is chic yet comfortable. The food is familiar and yet they somehow take their dishes to another level of scrumptiousness. The scallops are always a must. #HeidiTown
It's not what it used to be. They need to step it up.
