I love my little apartment at terra. There are some problems but I believe the new management is their best to resolve them. Remember this management team walked into a mess. Things are happening now though I must admit.

I've only lived here a short while BUT they have attended to all my complaints immediately, and I love the office staff. Amber and Gloria are lovely, kind, and professional. Can't wait to see all of the improvements when they're done.
Laundry stolen from an unairconditioned laundry building. There are supposed to be two operational but there is only one. Get cozy with your neighbours - roaches! Fight them off when cooking, watching tv, showering, and in your sleep. Trust me, they will be in every room no matter how often they spray for them. Just got hot water after not having any for 6 months, so I wouldn't get too used to it. Complaints or concerns go unheaded. You get much less than what you pay for with this place.
