I have been going to Terpstra for my snow blowers and mowers for many past years. It was now after this latest experience I realized how their business practice is border line deceptive. I just got the Toro snow blower 724 and am not happy at all. Thats because of the jumping and then out of control to get straight again. I am over 70 year old and expected no effort.
