A friend recommended Termite Pro to me, and I had a great experience with them as well. I waited an entire year to write this review and can happily report that one treatment was all it took to get rid of my termites. Termite Pro staff was friendly, thorough and communicated clearly. In an ideal world, I would never need an exterminator again, but alas I’m in LA so if I ever get termites again I will definitely use Termite Pro!
Termite pro is very responsive, they schedule and come out for inspections quickly, give thorough and professional advice and get the work done efficiently and effectively as well. I continue to use them for any termite issues and recommend you do as well!
This review is long overdue! So sorry Termite Pro! My initial chat with Vlad was great. He helped answer all of my questions and he easily provided me with a date to start the pest control service. On the day of the service, his team of professional young men arrived on time. They were communicative, and respectful to us and our home. Termite Pro is the pinnacle of professionalism and customer service. I have had such an amazing experience with them. They have the most affordable pricing, they promptly respond to all messages, and the employees are nice. We had our home fumigated and treated for subterranean termites after Corky’s unceremoniously cancelled our appointment. I can’t recommend Termite Pro enough!!
Jose came out to do an estimate on our home after we had swarms of flying termites. He did a thorough inspection and knew we did not want to tent. He explained everything in detail, was very nice and professional, and gave us an offer for treatment that was very competitive. Plus what really sold us was the two year warranty and maintenance program after the two years.
