It was fine when they tented last year but now im seeing what may be termites and cant get them to schedule an appt to come me check.

I had my home tented recently with this company and was please with the customer service and professionalism provided. They informed me ahead of time about their appointment windows and assisted me with all of my inquiries. I recommended this company to everyone in my neighborhood and will use again if I encounter any pests!
These people are very unprofessional. We had our business Treated for subterrenean termites and they never completely finished the job. They keep sending invoices and telling us that they can not re-treat until they receive payment. How are you going to pay for a service that was NEVER fully completed. To top it off when I spoke to the owners son he said he would be here on Monday at 10 AM this was last week 7/29/2013 it is now 8 days later 8/05/2013 @ 2:36 PM and no one has even called us.
