Absolutely enjoyed working with Marvin who was my Rep and Nick who is the master technician who inspected and provided treatment on my home. Marvin and Nick are both extremely knowledgeable about drywood termites and found them in my house and was immediately able to offer and consult me on the best decision for my family to exterminate these pests for a very reasonable and might I add best price vs competitors. We discovered some termite droppings on one of our window sills and reached out to at least four different companies for an inspection. Mike from Termite Biz was the inspector who came out. He was polite, professional, and extremely thorough, conducting a full house inspection, including the attic (we have a newer home with no crawl space). During the inspection, he identified three drywood termite spots in the attic that many other inspectors had missed. Wonderful service from Termite Biz here in San Jose. They helped us with our on going termite problems other companies couldn’t do successfully for the past 10 years. Termite Biz did a thorough inspection of our home and gave us several options. We chose the localized treatment method for our convenience and it went smoothly.
