Terminix is very efficient at setting up appointments for me even when I don't ask for them. Specifically, marketing/sales home inspection appointments - to try to sell me more services. Unfortunately, that's actually very inefficient for them because I already have all the services they are trying to sell me - pest control, basement encapsulation, termite, and even their expensive mosquito service. The specialist seemed less than eager to help solve our problem and told us to call someone else.
Twice were a no show. Not even a call to say they would not come. Why try a 3rd time at all?
Absoutely terrible. Charged us $1300 for services they did not complete. SCAM.
No customer service here. Just signed up for them and they were scheduled for Thursday (3 days after I signed up). Then the called the day before they we're supposed to come and changed it to Friday without asking. Called to find out what happened, explained the issue and was put on hold and thrown back into the main automated system again. Had to go thru it all again with someone else and she put me on hold and I hung up once the timer went past 15 minutes.
