Rude & Rotten Staff. I purchased tea biscuits as I have for years to ship to my best friend. I asked for a box, and the rude person said, "oh we don't give Termini Boxes for Tea Biscuits." As if the tea Biscuits are beneath a box?? I said really, I have been coming here for years & I always got a box. I explained that the reason why I need a box is to ship them. She said, No. I asked her if I may Purchase a box, and again was told NO. Unbelievable.
My mom went to go cut her birthday cake the next day and it when she opened the box and it deflated. We will NEVER go back to this location again!
Bought lobster tails, which were raw and doughie. Inedible. Cannoli cream was sour.
