I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 39 years and always cleaned out our grease traps ourselves. I decided to try GTO and I will never clean another grease trap. These folks are GREAT, they show up do a thorough job and leave with everything being cleaned up. Certainly worth every cent to have GTO professionally clean out your grease traps.
