we took our truck to these guys for crane cert and controller repair in March. Excuse after excuse and mid June, still no truck. We got a cert a year ago from these same people (3 months and 18K) and this time they wanted to do 15K worth of work. We said just do what is required to get it recertified. It was 7K worth of work and over 100 days of waiting and counting. If you can find someone to work on your Terex equipment, other than these guys....I would do it.

Just called to asked for a repair on my ac, extremly rude and unprofessional just hung up treating me badly… and my kid hearing behind!
