Was seen by her on April 23, 2023. Got all ordered imaging done by early May. Followed up with a phone call and was told they never received my MRI. I got a copy of the disc and sent it to her. Several weeks later the disc was returned to me. No comments, no calls to schedule an appointment. NOTHING!
