Very bad attitude all the nurses and bad service...that’s why I don’t go there anymore
My daughter was discharged from the hospital and told to see her PCP within 3 days and they told her she couldn't be scheduled for the next 5 months because there was nothing available. This is more than poor customer service this is becoming unlawful. They will be reported to CMS, and Medi-Cal for these practices. If they don't comply with the law they will soon be out of a job.
The customer service is awful!!! they always have an attitude problem with any person that walks in and asks question. They are there to help us learn about our options and it seems that they are not interested in doing their job well.Please have somebody check up on their service skills because i always have a problem with them and when you try to resolve it they team up against you. The transportation services are awful as well!
