We were incredibly blessed to end up in Teresa's very capable hands while moving to AL from TN. Her genuine and honest knowledge about the areas we were looking was a massive help. She was professional while being very kind and understanding. Had no problem answering questions any day of the week. We never once felt like a bother. By closing we felt like we were working with a friend. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Teresa Ellard!

Teresa is the best realtor I have ever met! She is sweet as they come and she is smart! She surely knows what she is doing! She makes me want to buy another house and sell it just so I can watch her work again lol I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home❤️

I live in the Atlanta area and needed to sell a house in Birmingham that had major problems which would prevent the average homebuyer from considering buying.
