Teresa came highly recommended to us. I can tell you that she was a blessing to us. From start of the listing and helping in inches showings, coordinating people to help us in prepping and removing unwanted items. She saved us time and money with her advise and guidance. I wouldn't hesitate to call her if I had another property to list.

We have bought/sold 7 homes within the last 8 years, and Teresa has successfully made each sale transaction completely stress free. I would not use anyone else! Her work ethics and keeping you informed during the process is 2nd to none! Here are 3 of the 7.

We were incredibly blessed to end up in Teresa's very capable hands while moving to AL from TN. Her genuine and honest knowledge about the areas we were looking was a massive help. She was professional while being very kind and understanding. Had no problem answering questions any day of the week. We never once felt like a bother. By closing we felt like we were working with a friend. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Teresa Ellard!
