Iam a 40 year old who had gone to discuss planned pregnancy with Dr. Teresa Hoffman. She is very rude and insensitive. Without running any tests on me or any physical check up or diagnosis, she told me that someone of my age cannot become pregnant. She said that only women under 25 years can conceive. She asked me to take supplements. Upon asking what supplements, she replied, "anything". She told me that she is an expensive doctor and people line up to meet her.
I have been seeing Dr.Hoffman and her team for 17 years I couldn’t have been any happier back then, then I am today her acknowledgement and patient care exceeds the human expectations . She’s always cared for me in a way of a mother doctor and sister roll all in one . She and her staff have always and forever been honest and supportive of myself and my family whether I wanted to hear it or not lmao and even when I would miss appointments she would have the staff call and say you alright momma?
She is amazing- smart, caring, prompt in responses! I adore her and Dr. Mudd and their team of OB/GYNs- they were the best and I have a beautiful, healthy baby girl to show for it. Everyone should use them- Mercy Hospital was a great experience!

Do not waste your time at this practice. Wait times are unacceptable - today I waited 90 minutes past my scheduled OB appointment before leaving. Once you do get in to see a doctor or midwife, the provider will spend their time updating their computer about you and you will wonder why the visit was even necessary. Being my first pregnancy, I found the amount of information that was provided and questions asked completely inadequate.
