I have been a patient at Dr. Hoffmans practice for a few years & today was the first time seeing Dr. Hoffman & I have never in my life met a doctor as rude as she was. Everyone else was always so kind & caring but she talks down on you, does not show any kind of empathy to what you are going through & just has terrible bed side manners. She should not be the face of this practice.
Very insensitive. If you are looking for someone with a good bedside manner. DO NOT see her. I have been a patient of the practice for many of years and always have seen Dr. Nicholson. Since she is so longer there I went to Hoffman to discuss concerns that I had and I left in tears. Being someone with PCOS and Endometriosis I want to be able to ask questions and be answered with some sort of compassion. I will not be going back to her or her practice.
I went to Dr. Hoffman after I had an MRI that showed something that looked like cancer deep within my cervix. She took one look in the office and said 'nope, you're fine.' and then when I asked her questions because the MRI showed that it was much deeper within my cervix, she asked for my phone to take a photo of my cervix so I knew what it looked like. Dr. Hoffman is insensitive, condescending, arrogant, and lacks bedside manner. She doesn't listen to you and talks down on you. These providers forget they work for us. Not to mention the office is dirty- and even ran out of toilet paper one time. Do better. Do not go to this woman for anything. You will find several lawsuits against her for her negligence.
I've been going to Dr. Hoffman & assoc. for a long time. Today I saw Dr. Karen Feldman, she was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. My visit wasn't uncomfortable or painful in the least. I will be going there again. :)
Contracted a bacterial infection after a pap smear here
Love, love, love Dr. Hoffman and her team. Sad to say I no longer am a patient due to insurance but she is very caring and compassionate. When I was on bed rest she came and taught me to knit, that was above and beyond for me. She and Dr. Atlas are the only reason my son is alive, she advocated for me at every turn. I will forever be eternally grateful for her and the staff.
Teresa A. Hoffman lacks professionalism, empathy, and reflective listening. It is very sad that she is the lead physician in this practice as she has created an environment that is not conducive to the well-being of the patients that are served based on her rude, insensitive, condescending, horrible bedside manner and "jenny from the block" attitude.
