Terence was such an asset for us! We first met him at a couple of open houses we attended a couple of years ago. We knew he was the perfect fit for us as first time home buyers. He remembered us and even details about us and what we wanted in a home. Talk about a great listener! He helped us work through each step even when we had concerns or worries. His communication and scheduling with contractors and the seller's was crucial for us. He has an amazing team who communicate quickly as well.
