Terence was a blessing of a real estate agent for our family. I’ve bought and sold houses before, but this was a very challenging season for my family so I enlisted his help and expertise. He communicates and listens very well and I didn’t find him pushy in any way. In many ways it felt like a friend was genuinely trying to help us sell our home. Buying a home out of state can be very daunting. To have someone who advocates for you and goes beyond your expectations is a must. It makes the process smoother and less stressful. We were moving states and trying to find a home without being here in-person. Terence and his team were absolutely fantastic. They worked patiently with us as we went through option after option: in-town to rural; auction to new builds.
