RUN!!! I lived at Chase apartments for 3 years. Upon moving in, the carpet turned my socks pitch brown. Disgusting. Not only that, the landlord Tammy harassed me for my emotional support dog. Thankfully, I used student legal services to keep Tammy in her place. I also printed out the law and highlighted that I indeed was allowed to keep my support animal. I would highly recommend renting through Tera! I have had friends that rented through Tera for 3 years (2015-2018), and hearing about their great experience, as well as the amazing condition of the units, it was an easy decision to rent through them for the year (2018-2019). I’m a young professional, and the Avery Apartments were a perfect fit for me. Take these negative reviews with a grain of salt because I rented with Tera LLC from 2016-2019 and have had an incredible experience. I would rent from them again if I hadn't purchased a home. In my entire time living there I only had two maintenance issues which were both resolved the SAME DAY that I reported them. I also want to mention here that the units are very well insulated and you rarely hear noises from neighbors. This was especially important for me because I have to study in complete silence. *DO NOT RENT FROM HERE* I lived at Chase from 2015-2018. The apartment was in okay condition when I moved in. The carpet turned my socks brown when I first moved in (click on photo tab). I asked them to replace the carpet and never received a response. This is a common problem with this place. Most texts, calls, and emails go unnoticed. My bedroom blinds were broken, I asked for them to be replaced, and never received a response.
