food came out frozen ,sent back it came back cold. wanted to send back again I just asked to take off bill and left.

Ordered online for Cinco de Mayo & I'm sorry to say it was a shitshow!! People waiting over 2hr for food & they couldn't even get the orders correct. You would think they would have more than 1 waitress on duty especially today. The owner was there & he didn't even acknowledge the people waiting or offer a discount! Lost this customer forever
Covid virus or not, you guys needed a better plan tonight, even if it meant cutting off orders but at least you wouldn't have alienated so many potential guests when things open back up.
