I have been at Tenzen for a couple years now and I really enjoy it. The rental manager Marita is very kind and reliable. She always responds to my maintenance requests in a days time and is attentive to my requests. The maintenance crew fixes any issues quickly and follows my instructions for entry. The only downside with this apartment is that there is limited parking available and if you do have more than one car the designated guest parking is rarely available. I want to say we thought of this place due to it being in our community as well as convenient. We came to the apartment. We walked to just enjoy the day. The manager was not aapproachable nor welcoming. I wanted to leave once she laughed at me asking about Amenities.My apologies if we asked a question we shouldn't have. She showed us a dirty place. We moved here from California and have absolutely loved living here! The leasing office manager Marita is the best — so kind and helpful with the moving in and out process — and someone’s always on site to help when you need it. The view from our apartment faces the courtyard which is full of trees and a lovely fountain that runs all day and provides a great ambiance, especially if you work from home!
