We moved here from California and have absolutely loved living here! The leasing office manager Marita is the best — so kind and helpful with the moving in and out process — and someone’s always on site to help when you need it. The view from our apartment faces the courtyard which is full of trees and a lovely fountain that runs all day and provides a great ambiance, especially if you work from home! Great management and location in the heart of Bellevue's Factoria area.
I have a king county housing voucher, when i called to speak with someone about the apartment this is what happened. " Hello my name is...... Do you have any apartments available" Person on duty: " why yes we do" "Great, will you have anything available June 1st"? Lady on duty: yes " Awesome! , do you accept the king county housing voucher?" Lady on duty - hmmm I'm on a another call, click!" She literally hung up! Wow.
