I had to wait for half an hour before tech could conduct the smog check. He was continuously distracted while performing the check.
I come for a smog test and the guy asks me to wait while he walks around talking on the phone and other customers who arrived after me. There are no cars getting a smog at this time. Just when he appears to be done, a new car shows up and he tells me i have to wait another 30 minutes as he has to take him before me. If you like wasting your time and not getting a test done, this is the place.
