My mother in law has been here for about 1.5 years. The staff is pretty consistently friendly and helpful. She is well cared for and thriving. We visit 3 to 4 times per week. I enjoy the other residents as well!
Its known by many people that this place struggles with staff as the management is not fit for the job. You take concerns to them and they get disregarded/thrown to the side. Residents do not get the proper care they deserve because they cannot keep staff. Management will drive you to quit your job because they simply DO NOT CARE about anything but money. They are always in "meetings" or "busy" when you need to bring up a concern. DO NOT WORK HERE and CERTAINLY DO NOT LEAVE THE ELDERLY HERE.
