WORST dealership ever! Tried to buy out our lease and they tried to scam us out of $6000. I spoke with Chris on Wed June 12th to get information on how to buy out our lease. He told me that he could do most of the work before we came and that we would be in the shop less then 20 minutes. He had me send him pictures of our drivers license, registration, insurance and how many miles were on the truck. He then sent me a credit application to fill out. When that was all done he s... My sales consultant Robert McClelland has went above and beyond for me and my family working with us into getting the perfect car. I was probably his most difficult customer today with all of my specific needs for a car, but he was GREAT!! He worked with us every step of the way and seemed happy to help. The finance guy Matt Soulliere was also wonderful!! All day long working numbers for me and trying to adjust them to fit my needs. I very much appreciate them both!! Thank you!!
I was treated like a family member at Feldman by my sales rep Bay and her manager Billy. This is my first time leasing a Chevy and was given such individual attention to my choices of vehicles that would best fit my needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
There service department destroyed my new car experience I purchased a 2016 camaro had it in for service 2 weeks later for a transmission shudder and during the time in there shop they dented my hood returned to have that repaired and they dented my door and fender , they repaired the dent in the door but still left the hood with heavy orange peal and a sight line where could see where they only spot repaired, I ended up paying for the hood to be repainted correctly by Gordon Chevrolet, and Feldman refused to reimburse me th... read more
