I can say that my views of this dealership have definitely changed since the first time I went there. I had the best experience this second time around. My salesman Joe made sure that everything was explained throughly and that I didn’t get anything that I didn’t want. Everything was my choice and I was able to get a great deal as well!! If anyone is looking to go there, ask for Joseph! He will take great care of you!! Also, Ben in finance was great too! Go see these guys and you won’t be let down!
We bought a truck from them in July which was a fresh trade in that hadn't gone through the shop yet. they were very accommodating while we waited for them to fix the AC which their "mechanic" failed to fix right the 1st time luckily it was caught and fixed before we took delivery. but after delivery more and more issues started popping up. I was told they were comfort related so they didn't matter. even though my salesman had said ANYTHING that was wrong with the truck would be fixed before delivery.. still waiting on that ... read more
Took my Silverado in for a little work and Aaron and his team in the body shop did a great job, and finished soon er than promised!
James Jordan was thee best salesman!!! He worked with me and stayed within my budget. He went above and beyond to get my wants within my budget. James genuinely cared about me by checking on me when I had a family emergency and wasn’t able to come in....not too many salesman would do that.
