My experience with Livonia Feldman salesperson, Bill Kief, was fantastic! Hey was able to get me out of my current lease early, and keep me in an affordable payment with my new lease. This is my 3rd transaction with Bill, and I recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to lease, or purchase a new or used vehicle.
I give the service department 5 stars but the dealership? I give them 1 star and that’s because the woman at the front desk is very helpful. They don’t care about anything but a sale unfortunately. Even if that means putting you into a faulty car. I can’t wait to go back to Nissan. Coming here for a vehicle was definitely a huge mistake.
Aaron from Body Shop just delivered our 2020 Malibu after repair was defective last week on our deck lid. Aaron went out of his way and took me home personally last week and delivered car today after redoing the repair and repaint of the deck lid.
