Receptionist didn’t schedule the sleep study like she was supposed to. Drove 30 minutes and made all arrangements to have everything taken care of at home, showed up at the sleep study office and found out that the receptionist didn’t have it on the schedule. **In response to Tennova Sleep Center, the technician that told us that the scheduling had not been submitted correctly also told us that Tennova Sleep Center would be rescheduling the sleep study and is supposed to call us with details.
Jut wanted to share what a pleasant and comfortable stay I had during my sleep study! The room was cozy and bed was very comfy with everything you’d need for a overnight stay. The sleep study staff member by the name of Jenny was totally awesome and thoroughly explained everything going on and made sure everything was as perfect as could be. I highly recommend Tennova Sleep Center and looking forward to being a long term patient!
This process couldn’t have gone any smoother. The staff were knowledgeable, informative, professional and personal. They calmed my nerves and provided exceptional individualized service. Jenny was sent from heaven. #nursesrock
The Sleep Center at Tennova Creek is wonderful. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and makes sure to explain every detail.
This group will force you to make an appointment in order to simply get your results from any sleep study you may do, that way they can get more money out of you.
