I asked the doctor (who is the insurance coder for this office) for a 'wellness exam,' as this was covered by my insurance, but it was instead submitted as a 'diagnostic exam.' When I get an unexpected charge for over $100 for talking to Dr. Shaid, it takes multiple phone calls to both this office and my insurance to clear up the issue.
