My family members see Dr Gallian and they have nothing but wonderful things to say about him, however all three of us are very frustrated with the reception staff. I scheduled an appoint met, went in on time and was met with a wall of incompetence. The receptionist was unable to find my insurance in their system despite my instance that I was covered (verified directly with my plan) and by the time she allowed me to tell her just to treat me, she had decided that we now needed to reschedule for a week later. I had my first visit with Corryne Hill and felt so comfortable right away. She truly listened, made me feel heard, and didn’t rush through anything. I’m so grateful to have found her!
Dr Gallian seemed to be okay until I asked for confirmation of results I received from a test I had done. ( A very important word was left off this report) so I had every right to contact the radiologist to confirm. Supposedly at that time I was discharged of care from this office. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I just wanted to be 100% sure. I never received a letter stating I had been dropped as a patient until I made a sick appointment. Front desk reception is not knowledgeable. She refused take insurance because insurance card has not provider name on it.even insurance card has provider name who active dr in tennova group.worst experience ever in my life with health care provider
