NP Mary Jenkins is very unresponsive and general regard to her patients is terrible. I needed medication refilled and after not having it for 4 days I was going through deadly withdrawals. No one seemed concerned. Turns out she is leaving in a few weeks which would explain her lack of concern to respond. They did not let me know I’d need to find another neurologist and most places have at least 6–12 month wait. I just went to see a new neurologist here after waiting 5-6 months for my appointment. While Dr. Battineni seemed very competent and listened well, she informed me that she would be leaving this practice. No referral to another neurologist was given. Instead they set me up with a nurse practitioner. The facility itself is horrible. Parking is a nightmare, and they don't have anywhere near and adequate number of handicapped spaces, especially for a hospital!
