If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring this property management company was a massive mistake. First, they explicitly promised routine walkthroughs and property inspections as part of their management agreement. They never performed a single one. Because of their total lack of oversight, the tenant turned the home into a complete hoarder house, leaving behind an absolute nightmare of trash, damage, and filth that will cost thousands. I would not recommend Tennessee Valley Realty Associates based on my experience. After moving out, I was charged **$900** for "carpet and floor cleaning and sanitization" and "move-out cleaning," even though the property was left clean. I have a video taken on the day I turned over the property showing its condition, and I also have proof that the carpets were professionally cleaned before I moved out. Good communication and maintenance support if needed. Was able to get a lease set up smoothly and quickly. Online portal is easy to use. Update 3/2026: rented from TN Valley for two years and had a great experience. I could always call the office and get ahold of someone when necessary. During our first summer, the AC had a malfunction during a very hot stretch of days and they sent someone out right away.
