Good communication and maintenance support if needed. Was able to get a lease set up smoothly and quickly. Online portal is easy to use. Update 3/2026: rented from TN Valley for two years and had a great experience. I could always call the office and get ahold of someone when necessary. During our first summer, the AC had a malfunction during a very hot stretch of days and they sent someone out right away. I’ve had a really good experience renting through Tennessee Valley Realty. The team has always been easy to get ahold of and quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed something fixed. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the whole process has been smooth. It’s nice renting from a company that actually communicates and takes care of their tenants. I’d definitely recommend Tennessee Valley Realty to anyone looking for a rental in the area.
