Today I had the displeasure of visiting your office. First of all, your staff could be more friendly and concerned about patients and make them feel comforted and like their concerns matter. That’s not even the main reason for my review. I just think any job whether it be a doctor’s office or an assembly line needs to work together as a unit and ensure the best job is done at all levels especially when dealing with the public. Doctors here do not care if you are in pain at all. They just want your money, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you need help. Truly these people are crooks .Always looking for ways to test you and charge you.
RecommendedNeeded to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Christiny on the third floor check in. She was the only person on the entire floor that was able to help this handicapped lady get a wheelchair. Nice going👏

Dr. Collins is my doctor. I have been a patient at the Tennessee Valley pain center for several years. By having steroid injections in my spine and taking pain medicine as needed, my pain has become manageable. If you suffer from chronic pain you need to make an appointment. Without the Tennessee Valley pain center my pain would be debilitating. I have read several negative reviews. Many seem to be problems with pain medication refills.
