TVF has failed to install the fence in a reasonable timeline. It has been weeks since they said the fence was ready and still no fence. I actually recommended TVF to my neighbor which I now regret. It is embarrassing that the company has treated my neighbors so unprofessionally.

Great communication from start to finish! I was able to schedule a home quote visit for less than 24hrs after calling. They scheduled a time when I could be there for the start of the fence building, and had it built within 2 days of starting! Looks great, seems sturdy, and the builders were nice enough to move the dirt displaced from the post hole digger into some of the holes in my backyard! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great fence at competitive prices.

After promising 6 weeks and it taking 10 weeks, TN Valley Fence sent out a sub-standard, non-English speaking crew to install my fence. After two weeks of trying to repair their amateur work, I am left with plastic spacers in my gates. They may be your cheapest estimate, but there is a reason! Do not hire TN Valley Fence! What a fiasco!

Installation crew was excellent. T and James did an excellent job. This review would have been 5 stars had the scheduling department been more responsive and communicative.
They did a great job for our backyard fence! Michael was realistic with our expectations on the time line for the job. They are busy for a reason, because they do a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I had my fence installed 8 months ago and I ain’t pleased at all . They said there warranty does cover warping only there craftsmanship well my post holding my gate up has my fence leaning out an the gate does open right now and all they can say is it’s not covered in warranty my neighbor had a fence installed By Athens fence company and he had few boards, post, etc. warp and they fix it no questions ask so with this being said I will never use them again and do not recommend these guys to build anything .
