This company does not stand behind their work . I was repeatedly called a liar by the owner but my make shift fence is still buckled. I would not recommend them
They were the contractors for my subdivision to put up fences. THEY DID AWFUL WORK. Clearly, they do not take pride in the work they do. I had called the office several times and sent emails. This was over the course of months. NOTHING WAS DONE. I was simply put off. They were so quick to pass the buck instead of coming out and fixing the poor quality work that THEY did. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
There communication needs a major overhaul as well as there customer service!! My entire project from start to finish was a total disaster. The only thing they care about is getting your money. Had very hopes but the entire process was a giant let down. I would not recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware get your fence from someone who actually communicates what is going on with your job and makes you feel like a valued customer. Customer service and installation are total idiot's. They don't have a clue as to what they are doing. The installer told me his woes of needing money to pay for car tag and that he had been in prison. Then he doesn't show up until lunchtime to start. Then when he leaves he leave the water on to the hose that he used. They are just about making money and no customer service at all. The estimator is lazy and a total idiot. RecommendedI will say they installed the wrong style fence, but within 48 hrs Owen made it right and with no inconvenience to us! They stand by their word!
Customer service sucks, quality of materials sucks, craftsmanship sucks... Basically, they suck!
Just finished completing an install. It took a while, but worth the wait. Keith and his team did an amazing job on the fence. It looks amazing and he was very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend.
From the initial sales visit to installation, everything was great. Excellent service and timely construction. From visit to install was less than 3 weeks! That’s very fast work. Definitely recommend them for your fence project!
