Rented here 5yrs... I have NEVER had a problem AT ALL!! John and his staff are freaking AWESOME! Neighbors and other businesses tend to help keep watch , they see something they call. Forget to pay, they will notify you... easy peasy. You can even call John (ANY HR OF DAY, he'll answer) and say, "Just run my card" or "cant remember code for gate"... he WILL set ya up, that is if your current on rent. NO other storage place will treat ya like family/friends OR answer phone "after hours".... BUT JOHN WILL or he'll call you bac... read more

I have rented units twice at this facility and had a great experience. Laurie and John are so nice and professional

The property manager was prompt and very accommodating. All around pleasent experience.

This place did not process my contract, or agreed debit tender. Requested I leAve shortly after placing all belonging in storage with out personal transportation. Hindered other important and legal matters to accommodate and money for unit was not returned Then the audacity for lot manager to inquire or attempt to snoop for personal information. “Just trying to figure you out” wtH.
