All of the employees are very friendly and efficient. I feel like a valued patient by the employees, Dr. Jay Glover, and receive excellent care. Dr. Glover takes the time to explain things and is patient with answering any questions. I've never had an issue with this office.
Ridiculous scheduling. Waiting for over an hour and a half with my 90 year old mother for her appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.
I took my grandmother to this place to get shots in her eyes, I usually don’t take her. The staff is EXTREMELY rude. My grandma is older, hard of hearing and can’t walk that easily, she can’t really see that well either, basically the whole reason we are here. The front office and the woman that was in the room with her running some test are extremely rude. $800 for a 5 minute visit with Dr. Jay Glover and he gave no solution. Ripoff, watch your wallet folks.
These folks are terrible. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for a month in Franklin. They canceled the appt. without telling her and re-scheduled it at an office 45 minutes farther away! But they never let her know! She drove for an hour to get there. Horrible way to treat patients. I'd never use or recommend these people.
