$800 for a 5 minute visit with Dr. Jay Glover and he gave no solution. Ripoff, watch your wallet folks.
These folks are terrible. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for a month in Franklin. They canceled the appt. without telling her and re-scheduled it at an office 45 minutes farther away! But they never let her know! She drove for an hour to get there. Horrible way to treat patients. I'd never use or recommend these people.
While checking in I was put on phone with billing due to an outstanding balance however the billing department insisted that I spek about outstanding balance while on the phone in front of other patients waiting to be seen. I get I owe a bill but that should not be handled in front of others. It's not everyone's business to hear that conversation. Visit went well on time and was in and out quickly.
My first experience with Tennessee Retina and oh my, what a pleasure it was!! From the office staff, to the ophthalmic technician that took my info and pre tested me to Cora Bradley, Dr. Wallace’s nurse and then Dr. Wallace himself!! Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and warmly professional!! They made me feel well cared for during my visit!!
