While the doctors and nurses all are great, the front desk and check out could learn compassion. The first time I was there one of the girls at the front desk was very rude. Today, after waiting for 30 minutes past my appt time, I went to check out, I have a back injury and was in a lot of pain due to sitting so long. They're friendly and professional. Wait times are usually pretty short. That's really all you can ask for with doctors.
