My first visit with Dr. Dixon Dorand and his entire staff was such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Dorand took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable and cared for during a very overwhelming time. His staff was welcoming, patient, and attentive, which truly helped ease my anxiety. I am very thankful for the excellent care and support I received and feel confident knowing I am in such good hands.
Best infusion clinic in middle Tennessee.
2nd time here. 30 min past appt and still in lobby. This happened last appt also. Horrible wait times!!!!!
