I had such a wonderful experience from my first initial visit to my procedure the other day. I have severe anxiety, and they walked me through step by step of how things were going to go, and never made me feel bad about me shaking or tearing up. They made me feel very seen and heard, and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. As a patient that means the world to me.
