Been going here since I was little! I see Dr Phillips; she is an amazing doctor and really listens to her patients!
They never answer their darn phone! Been calling for days now to schedule an appointment and they just don’t answer!
I have been seeing all the providers over the last 21 years. Nothing but outstanding care. Professional, caring, personalized. Very smart doctors. In a world of hurried health care I feel fortunate to have their team taking care of me and my family.
My son was not properly diagnosed. Went to see doctor saw NP instead. My son ended up having a severe case of pneumonia but they kept telling me it was viral, asked for antibiotics for possible sinus infection NP Refused. Chart was documented no symptoms of pneumonia. My child has been in the ER twice now and is still not better. Switched pcp. And just to add my son is now hospitalized at Vanderbilt.
