Can’t recommend these guys enough. Brandon and Greg came out and inspected our wood burning chimney and to clean it- to our surprise, Brandon advised us that the chimney was very clean already and cleaning it again wasn’t necessary. He also explained why we were having a smoke smell issue in our home and gave us a few options to correct it. We just had our chimney cleaned and inspected after putting it off for far too long. I know several other folks have asked about recommendations for a good chimney sweep and I can’t recommend TN Chimney Care enough. They were super thorough, punctual, and clean. Plus they were significantly less expensive than some of their competitors and they are locally owned. Brandon came out and swept our chimney explaining the whole process. He inspected the outside making recommendations but no pressure to buy. Very professional and I will use again. I would recommend Brandon and his team to anyone looking for a chimney service company.
Brandon and team who came to service my fireplace, they were all friendly, informative, and professional. Explained everything I needed to know and made sure that the safety issues were addressed and reported. I appreciate their honesty and work completed. I highly recommended.
