Let me first start by saying that I've been living with an unknown animal in the attic for a month now. My roommates and I have put in countless requests and contacted corporate to try and get whatever is scratching and peeing on our ceiling at night out, but no one has answered. The rent is over priced for what you get and utilities in a 4x4 will almost always cost you $100 per person, and that's without running the AC and rationing water.

After living here for almost a year I'd definitely recommend it. The rent is amazingly cheap ($454/month), and you still get a good apartment. Each unit comes with a washer/dryer, storage closet, and a balcony. Haven't had any issues with maintenance or the front office. Every time I've talked to them they've been very helpful.

I have a child living at this location and I would like to let all the patients know it is not a safe location and they rob your student ever can they get. Do not set up your payments through them they will take out money with out your permission and steal from your student. They have been charging my child over $100 dollars a month for utilities and her room mates less around $60 dollars. I have tried to get this fixed and was told they are supposed to be equal but some how it just does not apply to my child and she has to ... read more

There was a fire in the apartment above us and they couldn't figure out how to turn off the sprinklers so our apartment flooded. They sent out a "FALSE ALARM" text and didn't even check on the building until the fire department arrived. We were told we would be placed in a hotel, and instead they put us in another unit at Tenn Street. There were maggots, unidentified stains, multiple dead roaches, no washer or dryer or microwaves in the kitchenettes, and some of the toilets were black and rusted on the inside. They didn't gi... read more

The management is incredibly rude. Our apartment flooded due to the tenants above and the manager decided we were not worth the money to put us in a hotel. She instead left us to stay in a roach infested vacant unit that had definitely not been cleaned in months. The toilets were black. There were missing appliances. The carpet was filled with hair. We proceded to tell her our concerns and she threw a tantrum saying she “did all she could”. Awful. Not worth the money.
