After my daughter moved out they charged us incorrectly. I’ve left over 10 voicemails with no response. I’ve left messages with the answering service with no response. I’ve emailed the corporate office with no response. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Nice apartments, but they will rip you off when you move out. Be careful and be there when they check you out. Charged us for a couch that was perfectly fine.

I honestly love living here and couldn't imagine being anywhere else! I renewed my lease for next year without hesitation. The office staff and maintenance team are outstanding, always willing to listen, and meet my needs in a timely manner. Shoutout to my homeboy Rick who always fixes stuff in my apartment - he's the best. The apartment itself is so nice and spacious. There are not enough words to express how much I love Tenn!!
Moved in and the apartment still wasn’t finished. I’ve had mold three times in two months. Fire alarm goes off at least once a weekend (there’s never been a fire). One time the lights from the fire alarm didn’t go off until 9 am. Never seen any attempt at reconciliation for this. Staff can’t be bothered to help with anything or even reply to emails. Awful building layout, paper thin walls allow you to hear every little thing, construction consistently going on around the building, no enforcement of the quiet hours policy, parking is a mess, the only positive thing about this place is the maintenance staff and how they respond quickly to issues, which happens to be a lot.
Gorgeous. Like living at a resort. Easiest, most organized move in day. Can't wait to come back and visit my daughter!
