(July 2025) Faux loc removal: I had knock 4 stars off. I’m upset that my hair wasn’t treated with more care and there wasn’t honesty with me while I was in the chair. My hair (picture below) didn’t look like this going into the faux locs. Theres a whole chunk missing and this was an issue with 1 or 2 other locs. I won’t be returning due to lack of communication and full transparency with me while my hair was in your care.
