Tiger literally saved all my hair. I had some freak accident from my Japanese straightening mixed w some type of conditioner and spent 2 days trying different salons to get the rock knot out of my hair. Everyone else said I’d have to cut off all my hair. I was in tears and she took me as an emergency session and faster than I could believe saved my hair. She did the absolute most for me and was the only person who could do it. She is magic! I am still thanking God I found her.
My friend recieved a phone call for a consultation to get her hair de-matted. She has been struggling with her mental health which lead to the matting and was quite uncomfortable and embarrassed to show someone her hair. While on the phone call the lady sounded very annoyed as if my friend was bothering her and my friend is a very kind non confrontational person. Tiger is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She ensured I was comfortable to the best of her abilities during a painful hair service. She has a genuine willingness to help and actively listens to help put your mind at ease with any concerns that you may have. She is extremely gentle, adaptable to your needs and gives guidance for hair care in a way that makes sense. Tiger assisted me with my tangled hair and helped get my life back literally lol she’s really amazing and knows exactly what she’s doing, I trust her 100% with my hair and will be back for upkeep treatments.
