Unprofessional stylist. The stylist left my daughter and I in the waiting area for over an hour without communicating with us that she had booked a client for every hour on the hour. Our appointment was for 1pm, at 2pm I went back to the stylist and she was just getting started on a client. So, I would've had to wait for 2 hours if I had stayed. The stylist won't give you a refund for your booking fee, even though she scheduled clients too close together and wasted your time.
Tiffany is the best. We love her.
RecommendedSo I took my son for the first time. He’s three and when we started walking in he was ready to go! I wanted to get his hair wash trimmed and braided, I did not think it was gonna be successful. I was ready to go home after he started to cry to get his hair washed. Through all the screaming and crying everyone remained calm and never once made me feel like we should just go and try another time. He was able to finish and looks handsome! Thanks
RecommendedThey took time and did my daughter's hair the way I wanted it. My daughter's hairstyle was for a 10 year old that when the stylist was finished my daughter still looked like a 10 year old should be looking. And there prices are great.

First visit but definitely not our last. My daughter had her hair and nails done, she was smiling and loved the kids only. I loved the staff, they were extremely friendly. Excellent customer service.
